Ian has served members of the Sunshine Coast community for the past 20 years. He was responsible for the establishment of the Sunshine Coast Community Legal Service. He has played an active role in community sporting clubs and welfare groups, serving on numerous committees.

Ian now provides consultancy services to the firm in relation to administration issues as well as acting as Consultant to the litigation section of the practise. He continues to maintain a small practice in Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Elder Law, Personal Injuries Litigation and Family Law. He has maintained his strong ties to the firm and his consultancy services ensure that the firm continues to maintain its excellent reputation as a leading legal practice on the Sunshine Coast.

Robert completed Bachelor Degrees in Commerce and Law at the University of Queensland in 1988. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1990. Having commercial interests and a background and love for the Sunshine Coast lifestyle, Robert commenced working with Ian shortly after admission as the firm's commercial and estates lawyer.

Robert became principal of the firm in July 2003 after enjoying many years of partnership with Ian.

Robert practises in the commercial field which includes Property Development, Business and Leasing matters, Franchising, Conveyancing, Estate Planning and Administration. As well, Robert is consulted by all major clubs in the Coolum district, holding many honorary positions. Robert has provided many years voluntary service as a solicitor for the Sunshine Coast Community Legal Service and has a detailed knowledge of the local area, it's history and future development plans.
